The opportunity
As the new member of EY Hungary’s continuously growing Payroll Team within the Tax Service Line, your main task will be supervising payroll and tax returns, preparing statutory statistics and reports for various companies in the different industry sectors EY is active in.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

Coordinate and control the payroll tasks of our clients

Coordinate and control the analytics, calculations, statistics in relation with payroll

Prepare monthly and quarterly returns and self-revisions of the returns

Prepare monthly and yearly reports

Handle all the tasks concerning year opening and closing

Be well updated with the payroll legislations, policies and compliance

Maintaining relationship with international clients

Maintaining a client-oriented mindset at all times

Establishing strong relationships with your team members

To qualify for the role, you must have
-
Certified Payroll and Social Security Administrator qualification
-
3+ years of experience in Hungarian end-to-end payroll
-
User level knowledge in NEXON
-
Good communication skills in English
-
Good knowledge of Office products (Ms Excel, Word, etc.)
-
Up-to-date knowledge in social security, personal income tax and labour law related questions
University degree in economics, finance or human resources is an advantage, but other relevant degrees are also accepted if supported by strong professional experience
