What you will do:
The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
What you bring:
- Minimum 6+ years’ in Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.

As a Preferred Success Functional Specialist, The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.
