Senior Service Now Developer
Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Senior Service Now Developer - this role is a part of global structure of EY as a Global Elite partner of Service Now. Involving different roles and stakeholders we provide our customers with best consultancy and solutions.
The opportunity
As a Senior Service Now Developer, you will support end‑to‑end implementations of the Now Platform for global clients. Beyond development, you will act as a functional consultant—analyzing requirements, advising stakeholders, and designing scalable solutions. As a Global Elite Partner, EY gives you exposure to complex, multi‑module projects and advanced custom builds.
Your key responsibilities

Participate in implementation projects for global clients, covering requirement analysis, design, configuration, and development.

Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

Configure and extend the Now Platform using out‑of‑the‑box features and custom development.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and guide them in using platform capabilities effectively.

Lead selected workstreams, mentor consultants, or design solution architecture.

Service Now Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new Service Nowtechnologies/solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review

Designing, testing, and implementing new Service Now solutions– conducting workshops, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and deploying new or improved system features.
Skills and attributes for success

Strong understanding of the Now Platform and hands‑on experience in implementation, customization, or integrations.

Ability to work with clients in a consultative manner and translate business needs into platform functionalities.

Experience with IRM / GRC or acting as a Technical Lead is a plus.
To qualify for the role, you must have

3+ years of experience in Service Now implementation projects.

Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java).

Solid understanding of ITSM and GRC processes and best practices.

Experience designing and delivering technical solutions, including configuration, custom development, integrations, testing, and documentation.

Ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ideally, you’ll also have

Another European language.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economic field.
