Duck Creek Policy Configuration

  • Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Will be expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to the junior team members.

  • Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite, leads and project manager.

  • Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.

Primary Skills

  • Property & Casualty IT experience strongly preferred

  • 10+ years of experience using Duck Creek's toolset Express, Page Builder, Server, Author, Transact, Rating, Forms, User Admin, XSLT Transformation, XML, SQL,

  • Deep Duck Creek Manuscript Configuration experience adhering to best practices and standards established by Duck Creek

  • Expertise on Duck creek provided tools such as MS COP

  • Expertise in Duck Creek Server Object APIs

  • Experience on creating Custom requests

  • Preferred

  • Expertise on XSL Transformation

  • Expertise on Example Data base – should have knowledge on Tables used in Policy processing and storage

  • Experience on creating Batch scripts – to handle user admin updates and Batch Processing

  • Experience on handling Code/Data fixes for Production policies

  • Experience on handling OOTB bugs / Environmental & deployment issues

  • Experience on Insights – Preferred

  • Experience on handling CBOs

  • Preferred

  • Expertise on handling third party integration data

  • Preferred

  • Experience on Design Studio – Preferred

  • Experience in Duck Creek v7.x and above

  • Experience working directly with technical, business stakeholders/leadership in formulating technical requirements to solve business problems

  • Experience in Duck Creek Producer

  • Should possess strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills

  • Deliver high-quality product-based customizations.

  • Co-ordinate with team members and provide mentoring to juniors.

  • Communicate with cross team leads for any proposed design or solution while concurrently addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner.
