Senior Account Manager

As a Sr Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of significant partnerships within the Americas Region with primary focus on Brazil/LATAM markets, analyzing business and operational performance to find opportunities for optimization and growth.
In this role, you will:

Own account planning, forecasting, and execution to grow revenue with key B2B partners.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and internal account teams, including senior stakeholders and decision makers.

Lead commercial discussions, including contract negotiations and renewals, partnering with Legal when needed.

Use data, financial insight, and market/competitor knowledge to identify growth opportunities and build clear business cases.

Deeply understand your customers’ industry, business priorities, and performance metrics, and translate them into compelling value propositions and solutions.

Share best practices across teams and regions to drive consistent, high-quality execution and outcomes.
Experience and qualifications:
-
You are fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

You have 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, managing high-value accounts and consistently growing revenue.

You have proficient communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and C-level executives.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high workload and prioritizing across multiple accounts and deadlines.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and confident working with contracts, billing, and commercial terms.

You bring strong business acumen, creativity, and a partnership mindset, focused on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
