Essential requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with a strong focus on cross- functional marketing

Experience in cultural marketing in Germany and a demonstrable understanding of the visionary and forward-thinking customer, the city and Nike's position within it with credentials in strategic decision-making in this environment

Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with thought leaders in Central - with a strong focus on music, art, design, fashion, innovation and social media, aligned with Nike's strategic objectives

A demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment

A desire and willingness to work in an agile fashion as needed
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior Professional, Energy Marketing, Central, you will be a part of the Central Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Director, Energy Marketing, Central. This role will be responsible for balancing relationship management & marketing execution through our key cultural catalyst relationships.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, managing and maintaining a network and a significant portfolio of cultural catalysts in Central, in order to boost the brand and create the future of sport, aligned to our Energy & Central strategy
- Providing exceptional service and brand management to all catalyst relationships; creating a world-class environment, service & product offering
- Creating visionary marketing concepts, product collaborations and stories aimed at identified catalysts pushing the boundaries of creativity and sport and advancing the notion of sports culture in Central
- Feeding key catalyst relationships strategically into Geo & Global campaign work to catalyse our Brand and advance our position within our key sports & sportswear initiatives
- Driving key energy campaigns through the marketplace in collaboration with our marketplace partners, to ultimately catalyse our inline business at scale
- Gathering structured and ongoing information about forward-thinking customers to enable us to better serve creative youth on the ground in Central, and providing feedback to EMEA/Global regions to support long-term concepts
