We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time License and Title Clerk! This position will primarily support our Rental team and operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with emphasis on following the process.
This position pays $17.00 / hour and is located at 798 Hanger Ln, Nashville TN 37217
Schedule: Thursday
- Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
-
Processing title applications with the State of Tennessee
-
Processing Tennessee tag renewals
-
Processing tag applications with County offices in the State
-
Updating tag information and tag movement notes in system
-
Forwarding tags to the appropriate daily rental branches within the group or other groups as needed

Supporting the branches with any registration issues and processes
-
Assisting with various reports, accounting schedules, and clerical duties
Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum 6 months administrative support/customer service experience required

Intermediate level or better proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
-
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold
