8-10 years of hands-on technology experience of leading a team of 3 - 6 members, working with global stakeholders and having the right problem solving attitude
Must have software development experience. Require hands-on experience in ProC,PL/SQL,Oracle Forms, Oracle SQL,UNIX (Solaris) and C-Shell

Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack
Organization: Technology Application Development
Value Stream: Plan Hub (PSC Application)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to drive technical leadership, delivery excellence, and modernization across the Plan Hub ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, improve platform reliability, and influence cross-functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end solution design across React UI, Spring Boot APIs, and AWS cloud services.
· Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design aligned with enterprise standards.
· Own sprint commitments and maintain strong delivery predictability.
· Drive platform reliability, observability, and production support readiness.
· Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development velocity and code quality.
· Enhance CI/CD pipelines with automation for performance, security, and quality checks.
· Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing sessions.
· Collaborate with Architects, QA, FSA, and Business stakeholders for solution alignment.
Required Technical Skills:
· Java (11+/21), Spring Boot, RESTful API development
· React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript
· Microservices architecture and secure API design
· AWS (ECS/EKS, SQS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
· CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
· Unit testing, automation collaboration, and production support experience
