Based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, you will be primarily responsible for delivery of technical trainings' portfolio, and product / application demos for external customers and Emerson personnel across Europe, covering wide range of engineering fields and latest technologies of Emerson Systems and Software business.

Your scope will include process automation and safety instrumented systems, IT infrastructure, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Plant Asset Management and other automation solutions.

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide, conduct, and tailor Emerson approved technical trainings to customers and internal personnel on Systems & Software technologies and use engineering tools, processes, and methodologies.

• Be responsible and accountable for customer satisfaction for the training sessions and identification of potential sales opportunities.

• Acquire and maintain required Emerson certifications to deliver Emerson approved trainings for Systems & Software business.

• Act as an escalation point for in-depth content related questions in training areas;

• Work with Engineering Managers and Learning & Development Leader to ensure that engagement and exposure to project activities is maintained.

• Regularly provide feedback to Learning Architects on content and recommend improvement of courseware.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering degree or equivalent studies.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivery of automation trainings or projects execution for different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Pharma etc.) with DCS (Distributed Control System) and/or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) good technical knowledge preferred.

• Proficiency in English with a third European language preferred (written and verbal);

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Computer literate with basic software programming skills.

• Proven ability to work in multicultural virtual environment.

• Ability to travel if needed
