If you are a Production Supervisor professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead and develop a team within our Singapore Valve Instrument Manufacturing Plant. You will oversee daily production activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations that deliver value to our customers.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the Production Manager in supervising, guiding, and developing the production teams.

Apply lean methodologies to plan resources and meet production targets efficiently.

Cultivate an engaged, motivated production teams focused on productivity and performance.

Resolve material shortages, workflow challenges, and staffing issues to maintain smooth operations.
-
Maintain and update quality management systems, including procedures and work instructions.
-
Uphold high standards of housekeeping and ensure well‑organized production lines.
-
Manage indirect material inventories to support uninterrupted production.
-
Monitor and control production scrap levels, raising MRB for QA and Manufacturing Engineering dispositions promptly.

Implement productivity measurements and prepare monthly performance reports.
-
Participate as an ESH Committee member, ensuring safe work practices and adherence to plant guidelines.

Identify and drive process improvements, safety enhancements, GHG reduction initiatives, and cost‑saving opportunities.

Practical experience supervising production teams in a mass‑production environment.

Ability to manage and guide direct labor teams to meet operational goals.

Proficiency using standard productivity tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Effective leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, with 3 years’ experience in a production supervisory role.

Skills in Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Forms to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting.

Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
