Required Skills & Qualifications

As a Software Engineer, you are expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you will:

• Apply Agile methodologies to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. Leverage DevOps principles—including CI/CD, version control, and automation—to accelerate and streamline solution delivery.

• Design, build, and optimize data integration processes, data pipelines, and datasets to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within data lake or data warehouse environments.

• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to partner with product management, delivery leads, and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure solutions follow established development standards and function as intended.

• Perform comprehensive data testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and high data quality.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical business stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning through self-study, training, and hands-on practice.

Technical Proficiencies

Candidates should possess experience or foundational skills in the following areas:

• Strong understanding and practical experience with database systems.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java

• Working knowledge of Python and related frameworks.

• Exposure to Oracle Applications or other ERP systems (an advantage).

• Experience with API development (a plus).
