In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events, including tradeshows and Emerson‑hosted experiences.

Partner cross‑functionally with global marketing, sales, R&D, partners, and internal stakeholders to align event objectives, messaging, and execution with business priorities.

Design and continuously enhance attendee journeys from initial engagement through post‑event follow‑up, using creative and innovative approaches to elevate the overall experience.

Provide leadership and direction to internal teams, event agencies, and third‑party vendors to deliver cohesive, on‑brand, and high‑quality event experiences.

Collaborate with internal media and communications teams to develop and execute integrated promotional plans across marketing, sales, employee communications, websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.

Apply disciplined project management practices to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks across multiple events and workstreams.

Engage confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders, including delivering presentations and supporting executive‑level participation at events.

Analyze event performance data and insights to optimize future event strategies, improve return on investment, and strengthen alignment with campaigns and business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Experience leading corporate event management and experiential marketing initiatives, ideally within complex, global, or B2B environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and budgets while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones, including flexibility for early morning or evening meetings as required.

Comfort working with event technologies and digital platforms, such as virtual event tools, registration systems, audience engagement tools, and project management solutions.
Willingness to travel, including international travel, based on business needs.
