As An Engineering Co-op, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work directly with a Lead Mechanical Engineer on new product and continuation development.
• Develop CAD models/drawings and prototype using 3D printing and machining.
• Execute prototype testing for integrity and environmental conditions.
• Discover and explore new interests in your field prior to graduation.
• Apply learned technical skills from the classroom to real world engineering projects.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Zero (0) years of related experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person (Eden Prairie, MN),
• June 2026- December 2026
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Junior or senior status preferred
• Knowledge of CAD systems, Solidworks preferred
• Understanding of basic Machining/3D printing principles
• Basic knowledge of material properties (materials science)
• Understanding of GD&T
• Ability to use Matlab and Ansys Workbench FEA

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $21.00-31.00 an hour, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
