About the Team and the Role

e Bay Live is redefining the shopping experience by bringing real-time, interactive, and curated live events to buyers worldwide. From collectibles and fashion to luxury goods and sports memorabilia, we’re connecting communities with sellers and creators through innovative, engaging live programming. As a Senior e Bay Live Producer, you will be responsible for the ideation, executing and optimisation of our live shopping events, ensuring seamless production, seller collaboration, and audience engagement. This role reports to the e Bay Live leadership team and works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, while also supporting and mentoring junior Producers to raise execution quality and confidence across the team.

What You Will Accomplish

• Support and oversee the end-to-end production of multiple e Bay Live shopping events, ensuring high quality, seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences.

• Act as a senior point of escalation for complex production, seller, or technical challenges.

• Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming.

• Manage live video and audio production standards, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI/SDI/ NDI camera operations, and the native e Bay Live Platform., networking, and RTMP streaming setups.

• Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with e Bay’s e-commerce goals.

• Track and analyse key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimise event strategies.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and quality of e Bay Live events.

• Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and audience engagement.

• Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to junior Producers, helping raise the overall bar for live production

What You Will Bring

• 4 years of experience in livestream video production, event management, or e-commerce content production.

• Strong understanding of live streaming technologies, including video switching, OBS Studio, RTMP setups, and NDI networking.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with sellers, hosts, and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple live productions, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Experience analysing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine live shopping formats and improve user experience.

• Passion for live commerce, digital media, and delivering engaging and innovative shopping experiences.

• Some weekend work and travel may be required
