This editor has covered finance for a number of years in the past, for a newsroom and/or a content studio, and can write about the topic at a level appropriate for financial advisors, ultra high net worth investors, or more generally for highly educated, successful WSJ readers concerned about financial planning for retirement, children's educations, etc. This editor would work closely with a creative team in developing and executing innovative and complex editorial packages. • Present themselves with polish, professionalism and confidence in client-facing meetings
  • Work collaboratively and seamlessly with in-house teams
  • Manage projects to make sure content and integrated campaigns come in on time and on budget
  • Analyze performance data and refine headlines and social media posts to achieve best possible results
  • Manage both in-house and freelance writers

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or a related field
  • 10 years of editing/writing/reporting experience, in the area of finance
  • Experience managing multifaceted projects
  • Proven ability to come up with creative concepts
