We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our pizza restaurant located at 1715 Hwy 78 Suite C in Dora, Alabama. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Support the Manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling

• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly

• Maintain food quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations

• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

• Participate in menu planning and implementation of promotional activities

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

• Step in for the Manager when necessary and make decisions in their absence

• Prior pizza restaurant experience is REQUIRED

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
