Customer Service
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Phoenix, United States location. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
-
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
-
Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
-
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
-
Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours
-
Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
-
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
-
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
-
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
-
Must be over the age of { 18 }.

Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; previous management experience is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising preferred

Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
