We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Fenton, United States! As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Collaborate with the management team to implement company policies and procedures

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
-
Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff coverage

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Participate in cost control measures and help optimize operational efficiency

Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Handle cash management and daily financial reporting responsibilities

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a food service or retail environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, including point-of-sale systems

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older)

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass a criminal background check

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred

Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
