Compensation & Benefits

• Shift 2 Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 4: 30 pm-3:00 am,overtime based on business needs

• Starting pay $18.50/hr. + 1.00 shift 2 differential
• $500 employee referral bonus
• Annual merit increases

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic math and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
• Schedule may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
