• This role is part of our larger Corporate Logistics Co‑op Program, offering opportunities to collaborate with fellow students on a group project, participate in program events, and build your professional network.

What you’ll do: The TJX Supply Chain & Logistics teams provide supply chain expertise and solutions to support our global business. Focused on our direct and indirect supply chain, our goal is to successfully deliver product (merchandise) to our stores timely, efficient, and in the most cost-effective manner. We partner across TJX to drive and enable supply chain strategies, encouraging collaboration and sharing of ideas to support the growth of our fast-paced business.

This position is primarily located at our Woburn, MA Distribution Center and supports our Outbound Transportation Team. Our Outbound Transportation Team stewards the flow of merchandise from our Distribution Centers and Processing Centers to the TJX Stores nationwide, planning store deliveries via Transportation Management System (TMS), while leading continuous improvement initiatives across the outbound network.

As a Co-op, you’ll have the opportunity to support key responsibilities, including:

• Coordinating, completing and submitting all daily reports, bills and paperwork required to be sent and/or updates transmitted to the Home Office Transportation department.

• Supporting communication between the Marshalls DC Management and the Home Office Transportation Department on shipment issues.

• Coordinating the loading and delivery to Cross-Dock destinations.

• Assisting Receiving and Shipping clerical staff with the completion of daily responsibilities.

• Communicating with carriers on any problems or concerns directly related to the Woburn DC.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for students who are highly motivated self-starters and who possess the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to work July – December, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

• Current Sophomores and Juniors

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related major

• Desire to pursue a career in Supply Chain / Logistics at TJX

• In-person onsite presence required a minimum of 3 days per week

With corporate offices located in Framingham and Marlborough, MA, and Distribution Centers in Woburn and Worcester, MA, reliable transportation is required.

This position has a starting pay range of $23.50 to $24.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
