Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead development of appropriate signage design and copy solutions within the brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling merchandise, services or related brand messages. Lead in-store branding efforts for store environment acting as point on all corporate graphics for all chains. Own Signage guidelines for the company.

• Provide non-judgmental critique and guidance to others and remain open to feedback. Act as key brand steward and champion in internal creative reviews. Participate in internal signage meetings and walks/reviews as necessary.

• Partner with an on-site vendor and other support functions to ensure the success of each project from a timing, budget and quality perspective. Drive the creative process for signage and related visual elements and champion process improvement initiatives.

• Review and approve merch vendor creative files.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Art/Design, Business, Communications, or Marketing. Advanced degree is preferred

• 7 - 10 years of experience with 5+ yrs design management with proven track record in concept development/layout, brand standards, desktop publishing, creative project development and copywriting

• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite video tools – Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder

• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite- In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3d experience preferred (Sketch Up, 3d max)

• Strong digital design portfolio

• AI image generation – Midjourney, Runway (Preferred)

• Animation & Video Web standards (Preferred)

• Time management skills with high degree of flexibility

• Digital Video Production knowledge

• Brand and digital design standards
