To accurately take on these challenges, we have to accelerate our commercial capabilities in order to be able to exceed consumers & customers expectations and achieve our daring business goals, which include understand and develop customers passionate about middle class consumers, as well as craft the accurate differentiation to strategic customers with the ambition to gain penetration in TBA.

About the Role:

This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and priorities. This role is responsible for leading complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external partners. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling leaders to focus on strategic responsibilities by ensuring that operational and administrative tasks are handled effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities- Own and lead the CEO's agenda end-to-end-anticipating needs, shaping priorities, and aligning schedules with strategic objectives. Proactively think two steps ahead to find opportunities, risks, and emerging priorities.

  • Serve as a primary interface for internal and external senior costumers, exercising diplomacy, influence, and discretion to be a great partner and ensure alignment across executive teams, and key partners.

  • Drive strong governance of CEO-led forums: set agendas, prepare briefing materials, coordinate pre-reads, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on critical actions and commitments.

  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison, running sensitive communications with clarity and professionalism. Protect and handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Navigate shifting priorities with agility and calm. Anticipate needs, proactively address potential challenges, and create solutions in real time in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Build strong relationships across departments and regions to foster collaboration, influence outcomes, and represent the CEO's office with professionalism and a culture of excellence.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the CEO office's impact.

  • Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced business/administrative training preferred.

  • 10+ years supporting C-suite executives in large, global organizations, demonstrating success in handling complex collaborators and enterprise-level coordination.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to run multiple priorities seamlessly with sound judgment and discretion.

  • Consistent track record of anticipating needs and thinking strategically to shape executive agendas.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders, Board members, and external partners.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.

  • High resilience, professionalism, and a proactive approach with a dedication to confidentiality and excellence in execution.
