Role Responsibilities- Execute the Sales plan and develop profitable new business in the assigned territory and achieve the sales volume, net revenue, market execution and customer service objectives.

Through by coaching the sales team Business Development

Ensure execution of DMHT plan strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding, FIFO, manage route optimization

Working along with RTC manager and District Manager to develop infrastructure required by distributor/ sales growth opportunities as per market needs and develop the efficient and viable routes

Convert the Areas objectives to actionable plans for Authorized Dealer (Distributors).

Data analysis to find the opportunity for growth and efficiency.

Provide ongoing coaching to all Sales Reps within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives

Monitor and review distributor and route performance KPI's

Responsibilities and take care benefit of distributor such as claim Best Practice Tools

Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of best practice tools within the area i.e. 8 steps of the call and any others rolled out time to time.

Conduct Work With Sales Reps to coach and train. Customer

Develop strong relationship with Local Key Accounts within the Area. Ensure FMO and WS program are executed as planned.

Ensure Authorized Dealer must join weekly meeting every Monday and monthly meeting every 1st Monday of the month to review business.

Build & drive AD's organization capability to deliver the great performance and comply with our policies & procedure.

Role Qualification & Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related field

Minimum of 5 years' working experience especially in field sales (experience in either beverage/ food/ FMCG is an advantage)

This role needs to focus on our business in the North side of Thailand and ideally candidate based there will be an added advantage.
