The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, business development, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more.

As an analyst, you will be tasked with analyzing datasets and synthesizing insights to drive global strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You will have the opportunity to not only shape key business decisions but also get into operationalizing programs and drive success of outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across sales and cross functional teams to shape and influence global strategic priorities.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights and craft senior stakeholder recommendations

  • Support the annual GTM planning process, including business targets and quota management

  • Maintain and augment reports and dashboards, refining KPIs leading to insights and business impact

  • Conduct ad hoc, deep-dive analysis to answer strategic business questions and drive decision-making

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with stakeholders across Finance, Recruiting, Enablement, HR and more on key strategic and operational priorities

  • Support operational processes for the day-to-day business, including stakeholder support, KPI management, and process optimization

  • Strategize opportunities for automation to scale efficiently and improve GTM operations

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS/BE degree required

  • 1-2 years experience preferred in management consulting, investment banking, revenue & growth strategy functions, or equivalent experience as a business analyst

  • Quantitative thinker, with track record of distilling actionable insights from complex data

  • Organized and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles

  • Strong verbal and written communicator

  • Experience with or desire to learn BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc) and Salesforce

  • Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese required

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

  • Continuous training and career growth

  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan

  • Generous and competitive US benefits

  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture

Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
