About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Program Manager to support the Enablement PMO at Databricks, driving a portfolio of AI-powered programs that transform the learner experience and accelerate how our employees, partners, and customers learn and adopt Databricks. This role operates as a critical business partner to senior leaders across Learning & Enablement, GTM, and central functions, translating strategic priorities into clear roadmaps and executable, high-impact programs.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and AI transformation initiatives, while also managing a robust ecosystem of vendors and staff augmentation partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong project and program management discipline, comfort operating at all levels of the organization, and a first-principles approach to solving ambiguous problems in a fast-moving environment.
The role reports directly to the Sr. Director, Enablement PMO.
-
The impact you will have
-
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of learning and enablement projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
-
Lead AI-focused transformation initiatives within the learning ecosystem (for example, AI-powered, personalized learning experiences and workflow automation) from pilot through scaled adoption.
-
Partner closely with leaders across Learning & Enablement, GTM, Product, IT, and Data/AI teams to prioritize and scale programs that improve enablement effectiveness and operational efficiency.
-
Manage the full lifecycle of staff augmentation contractors, including onboarding, extensions, offboarding, time/expense approval, and accurate, timely payments in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
-
Oversee key vendor relationships, including day-to-day operations, performance management, and alignment to budget, contractual commitments, and strategic objectives.
What we look for
-
5–7+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology, learning, or operations environment, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
-
Hands-on experience managing or supporting AI, ML, or automation initiatives, such as implementing AI-powered tools, analytics, or workflow automation in a business context (no deep engineering expertise required).
-
Proven track record managing vendors and staff augmentation partners, including onboarding, performance oversight, invoice and payment coordination, and compliance with internal processes.
-
Strong problem solver with a first-principles mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
-
PMI or equivalent project management certification (for example, PMP) strongly preferred; experience in learning, enablement, or education technology is a plus.
