Your role and responsibilities

【ポジション】Project Manager

当社は電力• ガス業界で成長を続けており、新たなプロジェクトの立ち上げや既存プロジェクトの強化を目的として、経験豊富なProject Managerを募集しています。

本ポジションではIBMのオファリングやテクノロジーを活用し、電力• ガス業界のお客様に対し専門的なサービスを提案、リード、実装していく役割を担います。

＜主な業務内容＞

Project Managerとして：

• 大規模なアプリケーション開発プロジェクトの統括• 管理

• クラウド上の最先端テクノロジーを活用したシステムの提案• 開発• 構築

• 最先端のITテクノロジーを活用したソリューション提案

• 新規事業など、クラウド上で短期構築が求められる開発プロジェクトの統括• 管理

• プロジェクトの立案から完了までの一連のマネジメント

• プロジェクトスコープ、スケジュール、予算の管理

• プロジェクトチームのリーダーシップ及びメンバーマネジメント • ステークホルダーとの関係構築• 調整• コミュニケーション

• リスク管理とイシュー解決

• プロジェクト進捗の報告及び各種ドキュメント作成

• リーダーシップを発揮し、チームを牽引できる方

• 問題解決能力が高く、主体的に行動できる方

• 目標達成意欲が高く、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方

• 柔軟な思考と対応力を持ち合わせている方

• 顧客志向のマインドを持っている方

• 変化に強くストレス耐性がある方

• 新しい技術や知識を積極的に習得する意欲のある方

Required education

None

Required technical and professional expertise

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験 3年以上
• IT業界でのプロジェクト推進経験
• チームマネジメント経験
• 論理的思考力とコミュニケーション能力
• 上級ビジネスレベルの日本語力

Preferred technical and professional experience

• 電力• ガス業界でのプロジェクト経験
• PMP、PMBOK等のプロジェクトマネジメント資格保有
• アジャイル開発手法の実践経験
• システム開発の特定の技術的知識
• 複数プロジェクトの同時進行経験
• 顧客や外部ベンダーとの折衝経験
• 英語力
