We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Lazio & Umbria (located in Viterbo area/ North Lazio), who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.  Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements.  Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers.
• Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
• Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferible or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory
• Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian
• Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
