职责目的 Position Objectives

Energy+ EP Team是PALL Energy+业务单元一个重要的细分团队，潜在年度销售额超过**$20**M。Team成立以后，Energy+ EP Team的业务范围将扩展到电力、市政、石化(煤化工)、冶金（钢厂、造纸、印染）、废水零排放、机械加工厂切削液回收等，近年随着新能源行业的崛起，团队在电池正负极材料及浆料过滤领域取得了一定的成绩，为保持在这个新兴领域后续稳健的增长，亟需新的成员加入，以拿到更多新能源市场的份额，从而为Energy+ BU和全公司业务增长做出贡献。

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

• 主要负责Energy+ EP 在新能源行业华南、西南及附近地区新能源相关业务推广，包括电池正极材料，磷酸铁锂回收、电解液过滤、电芯过滤、浆料过滤和回收等
• 执行公司销售战略，根据本区域实际市场情况制定相应销售策略并实施
• 通过高密度的商务拜访沟通、技术交流、提供解决方案等方法维持客户关系，确保产品市场份额持续上升
• 细化市场，持续开发新客户，培育新的增长点，实现销售业绩明显增长
• 新产品、新应用的大力推广
• 对经销商进行有效的辅导和管理，并努力拓宽产品销售渠道

工作标准/绩效目标 Performance Standard/Goals

• $800k
• Energy+ EP新能源行业华南（西南）部分区域的销售额年度增长率不低于10%
• 15% funnel管理、standard work等

任职资格 Position Qualification Requirement

专业背景和资历素质 Education & Professional Background

• 工科学士及以上，应用化学或能源工程专业尤佳

相关工作经验 Relevant Experience

• 5年左右相关新能源行业浆料过滤等从业经验，其中至少3年以上销售经历，有技术背景尤佳
• 熟悉电池正极材料，磷酸铁锂回收、电解液过滤、电芯过滤、浆料过滤和回收以及相关过滤业务或同类型、以及上下游产品，有此类工程项目销售背景尤佳

语言技能 Language Skills

• 良好的英语听说读写能力。条件优秀者可放宽此项要求
