The Service Dispatcher is responsible to be the link between the caller/customer requesting assistance and the field service team. This professional operates in the dispatch center, being responsible for receiving calls or scheduling requests, triaging the severity, prioritizing service requests, and dispatching the most appropriate service quickly and efficiently. The role requires a high capacity for concentration, crisis management, and clear communication under pressure.
This position reports to the Service Business Operations Coordinator and is part of the **Service Department ** located in São Paulo / SP> and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Scheduling and dispatch management: Receiving calls, creating service orders in SFDC, prioritizing requests, and dispatching the most qualified and closest FSE.
**- Operational coordination of the field team: **Real-time monitoring of the team, reorganization of schedules, constant alignment with logistics/operations, and ensuring the availability of parts for service.
Effective communication with customers and field team: Sending accurate information to field teams, updating clients on technician arrival and repair estimates, and general alignment for efficient service execution.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or a related field

Experience: experience in in (Service Dispatch / Service Coordinator / Scheduler). (SAP and SFDC preferred)

Language: Intermediate English / Proficiency Portuguese
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- SAP experience and Sales Force experience
- Advanced english
