• The Key Account Technology Lead

• Dairy Nutrition will be aligned to Cargill's Dairy Feed business in India and participate in designing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing cycle. In this role, you will help identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

• Key Accountabilities

• Provide technical support to our B2B Dairy Nutrition team, specifically catering to feed millers.

• This role will play a critical part in supporting key accounts through customized feed solutions and close collaboration with marketing and product development teams.

• Develop and customize feed formulations based on client requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for portfolio management and strategic alignment.

• Drive new product development initiatives in line with market needs.

• Contribute to preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.

• Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

• Help coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.

• Contribute to planning, organizing and coordinating assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of related work experience.

• Other minimum qualifications may apply.

• Preferred Qualifications- Masters in Veterinary Science.

• Should have at least 2 years of experience in Technology support in the Dairy Nutrition Industry.

• Flexible to travel across India.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
