In this role, he/she will have the opportunity to: 1)      Application Development & Technical Support

·         Design and execute application tests for chromatography resins.

·         Develop and release application notes, including experimental design, data generation, and technical writing aligned with Cytiva standards.

·         Explain resin binding sites and differences compared to similar resins; provide customer-specific guidance based on antibody structure and protein-A/antibody interaction knowledge.

·         Investigate resin performance under varying operating conditions (e.g., temperature impact on purification processes).

·         Generate resin stability data in different storage solutions and assess tolerance in chemical environments.

2)      Customer Interaction & On-Site Support

·         Provide technical consultation to customers on resin applications and packing protocols.

·         Perform column packing (lab and small-scale industrial) at customer sites when required; collaborate with commercial team for large-scale packing support.

·         Address CIP (Cleaning in Place) challenges during resin application and propose effective solutions.

3)      Development Project Participation

·         Contribute to resin development projects: verify binding capacity, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend optimized protocols to meet customer specifications.

·         Provide technical insights for new protocol development when standard approaches do not meet performance targets.

4)      Cross‑Functional Collaboration

·         Work closely with R&D, Commercial, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and customer satisfaction.

·         Support customer evaluations and troubleshooting with deep technical expertise.

5)      Additional duties

·         Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of R&D and Innovation organizations.
