The Continuous Improvement Leader

is responsible for the implementation Internal improvement program across your operating company.
You will be driving and supporting the department leaders of the Op Co complying with and achieving the set goals on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP).

You will facilitate events like Kaizens, Trainings, Workshops.

This position reports to the Director Operations / Site Lead and is part of the broader Medemblik site team, located in Medemblik, NL and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation, including kaizen events.
• Drive targeted improvement across Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation.
• Assist site leadership in the development of a continuous improvement plan.
• Directly provide formal and informal Lean training and coaching on site

Who you are:

• HBO / WO education

• Experienced in Lean tools, as Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Process Mapping.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role

• Skilled in ERP system(s) and data crunching
