The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the warehousing and Distribution responsibilities that drive significant impact to the organization.
This position reports to the Manager – WH & Distribution and is part of Supply Chain & Logistics team located in Manesar (at the warehouse) and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include
- Education & Experience
Degree, master’s / specialization in supply chain or operation management and 07 to 08 years of experience in a medical device company or relevant industry experience
- Technical Skills
Knowledge of logistics operations: inbound/outbound, dispatch planning, freight management. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, EBS, OBI). Ability to work with shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, LR, AWB, RMA transactions etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reports) and Power BI dashboards.
Understanding of cold-chain shipment requirements
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Fluent English communication and writing skills along with local language, i.e. Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, etc. Effective communication with internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Warehouse). Vendor coordination with 3PL partners.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
The capability to analyses data for improving delivery performance and reducing logistics costs. Identifying bottlenecks, proposing process improvements, and supporting DBS/Kaizen initiatives.
Documentation, Reporting and Behavioral Competencies
Ensuring complete documentation for audits (scrap certificates, RMA, compliance reports). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Team player with proactive attitude.

- Oracle, OBI, SAP, WMS, TMS, Power BI or any other operating system
