The Service Administration for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible managing service schedules and billings, coordinating with technicians and customers, maintaining accurate service records, and processing service-related documentation.
This position is part of the Customer Care Organization located in Cassina De' Pecchi, Milan and will be fully onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and report to the Customer Technical Support Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the technical call center and dispatching operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including managing emails, phone calls, quotes, billing and system data maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up
- Assisting in resolving service-related issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel, and following up to ensure resolution
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff
- Strong focus on providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues courteously and efficiently.
- At least 45% of reduced work capacity certified by competent authorities
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel 5% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to speak more than one European language
