The Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the engineering change process, ensuring that product data and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Cytiva quality standards. This position reports to the Manager, Planning and Data Management and is part of the Operations team at Burnaby, BC location. This will be an on-site role.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate and support the execution of engineering changes and the management of product data throughout the product lifecycle
- Support data integrity efforts by validating product information and evaluating BOM structures for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to assess the impact of proposed changes
- Assist in the creation and closure of change-related work orders in the ERP system (Sage/Oracle)
Who You Are
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in engineering, change management or Bill of Materials
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
- Applying continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is CAD $60,000 to CAD $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
