The Clinical Applications Team Leader is instrumental in driving the ongoing success of Radiometer Pacific by providing strategic leadership and guidance to our Clinical Applications Specialists. This team works collaboratively with customers, the sales organisation, and our IT and service departments to deliver innovative, customer‑focused solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve clinical outcomes.
Our Clinical Applications team delivers best‑in‑class support across the entire product lifecycle—from installation and integration through to routine use. In this leadership role, you will mentor and develop team members through comprehensive performance management, career development planning, and the coordination of training and certification programs.
This position offers the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to Radiometer’s mission of advancing global healthcare by enabling reliable, rapid, and user‑friendly diagnostic solutions for patients and clinicians. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Sales organisation.
Location: The role will ideally be located in **Sydney or Melbourne **and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical Diagnostic Industry or Medical Healthcare setting.

Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent.

Experience leading a team, projects or equivalent.

Experience providing training for users of products, services or processes.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable interaction with healthcare professionals.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
-
Ability to travel – approximately 30% travel to support associate training and development, Customer training and installations, national meetings or any other events requiring travel.
-
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
-
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10kg.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
-
Project Management.
-
Point of Care Testing or Diagnostics.
