Sales Operation Specialist

Candidates must be based in Japan and possess native-level Japanese and fluent English.

Overview:

Sales Operation Specialist is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.

What you will do

Collaborate with sales team, deal desk, and finance team in managing a daily quote-to-cash process to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue

Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

Work with sales team to keep Salesforce data up to date, and drive data hygiene management in Salesforce.com

Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to Salesforce.com best practices

Act as the liaison between our users and global Salesforce.com admin team

Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Contribute to maintaining business-critical processes including but not limited to: Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining daily user experiences

Review quotes and order forms from distributors for accuracy and completeness to route for the bookings process

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by sales or sales operations leadership

What we look for

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests

Knowledge and experience in quote-to-cash order management process

Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams and helping solve their challenges

Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from true business needs

Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team player

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

Applicants must reside in Japan and have legal permission to work in Japan

販売代理店からの見積書・注文書を確認し、正確性・完全性をチェックした上でブッキングプロセスへ回付

営業部門や営業オペレーションリーダーからの随時依頼対応
