Cybereason is looking for a Payroll Controller for a part-time position (approximately 60%) , to join our talented and dynamic finance team. Objectives of this Role

  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating new employee records and processing termination paperwork in compliance with local regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social benefits requirements.

  • Prepare payroll-related reports, including 102 and 106 forms, and assist with payroll accruals and account reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with pension agents and manage employee social funds, tax, and national insurance deductions.

  • Maintain a high level of service, confidentiality, and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.

Key Qualifications

  • Certified Payroll Controller.

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global company.

  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws

  • Experience working with Hilan - an advantage.

  • Advanced Excel skills - must.

  • Familiarity with fringe benefits and social benefits regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High proficiency in English.
