We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Surveyor to become part of our dynamic Commercial Valuation & Advisory team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, supporting clients throughout Manchester and the North West. This position offers a mix of office-based work and on-site inspections, along with opportunities to contribute to strategic advisory projects.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out Red Book valuations for a variety of commercial property types, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for banks, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform valuation assumptions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Stay up to date with local market trends and regulatory changes.
• Support business development initiatives and help grow our Valuation & Advisory offering.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.
• Proven experience delivering Red Book valuations.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Desirable:

Experience in development appraisals and investment fund valuations.
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise valuation software.
Knowledge of the Manchester & North West property markets.
