SCOPE OF WORKS (SOW)

Facility Executive-Soft Service

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, façade cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all office areas as per defined standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for manpower deployment, consumables, and service quality.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.
• Handle client interactions, address service-related concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft services performance and activities.
• Support in planning and execution of events, deep cleaning, and periodic maintenance activities.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and training of soft service staff.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.
• Assist Facility Manager in audits, documentation, and continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, chemicals, and equipment.
• Problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
