Job Description Summary
The procurement Specialist will support global procurement operations by managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration for Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) and Corporate Category Management (CM). This role ensures compliance, cost optimization, and process efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

About the role:
- Support procurement activities including purchase orders, requisitions, invoice processing, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with contract administration, including preparation, renewals, and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Participate in sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations to achieve cost and service objectives.
- Generate reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to improve procurement processes and tools.
About you:
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work across global teams and adapt to different time zones
