We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural (CSA) Supervisor to oversee the construction and maintenance of data centre facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, particularly in data centre projects, and will ensure that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:

  • Project Supervision: Oversee and manage all civil and structural aspects of data centre construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and integrity of construction work.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction activities promptly.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 3 years in data centre projects.
  • Previous experience in commercial and industrial scale construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in civil or structural engineering.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
