Job Summary:

Role Purpose:

As a Real Estate Valuer, you determine the market value of all types of real estate (offices, retail, semi-industrial and logistics, residential, land for development etc.) for our local and international clients, both in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will report to and will closely be coached by the Head of Valuation and direct colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking valuation assignments, conducting inspections, and preparing valuation reports
  • Providing strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Delivering client excellence through timely and effective solutions
  • Building up contacts to develop new business opportunities

Knowledge & Experience:

  • You speak Dutch
  • You have a degree in engineering, finance, economics or real estate
  • You have two to three years of professional experience, ideally in the property sector
  • You have strong computer skills
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality
