Job Description Summary

As a Management Trainee in Strategic Consulting, you will work with a dynamic team that delivers real estate advisory and strategic consulting services across India. This role provides exposure to a broad range of assignments — from feasibility and market studies to business plans and location advisory — helping clients make informed decisions on their real estate strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in research, analytics, and client engagement while contributing to high-impact consulting mandates within a leading global real estate organisation.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team and managers in executing consulting mandates across real estate sectors and asset classes

  • Conduct research and analysis for highest and best use, feasibility, and market studies

  • Assist in data collection, stakeholder interviews, and market surveys to inform consulting deliverables

  • Contribute to financial and techno-economic viability assessments and preparation of business plans

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use

  • Collaborate with other service lines to support integrated solutions and cross-functional projects

  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy across ongoing assignments

  • Participate in client meetings and discussions as required

About You

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and confidence in client-facing interactions

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Exposure to analytical or design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerBI, or Python is an advantage

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment

  • Open to travel across India for field studies, site visits, and stakeholder engagements
