This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Wir suchen einen Junior Inside Sales Account Manager, der Teil unserer HPE-Familie in der Niederlassung Österreich über den Dächern von Wien wird. In dieser Rolle werden Sie mit unseren Produkten die Herausforderungen von morgen lösen und die IT unserer Kunden effizienter, produktiver und sicherer machen.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertigen Abschluss oder eine abgeschlossene technische, ingenieurwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
- Sie sind Kommunikationsstark mit einer offenen, positiven Ausstrahlung
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit, zeigen Initiative und Engagement
- Sie besitzen eine gewisse technische Affinität und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sie sind teamarbeits- und motivationsfähig
- Sie sind ein starkes Organisationstalent mit effektivem Zeitmanagement
- Sie zeigen Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen wären ein Plus
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Neukundenakquise im Commercial und Public Segment in Vertriebsgebiet Österreich
- Proaktiver Verkauf des kompletten HPE Produktportfolios unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie und der Branchentrends sowie Abwicklung von Transaktionsgeschäften
- Analyse von Kundenindustrien und Wettbewerbssituationen, um das HPE Portfolio bestmöglich an die Bedürfnisse und Ziele des Kunden anzupassen (Account Management)
- Aufbau, Pflege und Organisation von Projekten sowie Prognose zur Entwicklung (Forecast)
- Teilnahme an Produktkampagnen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und Generierung neuer Projekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Endkunden und HPE Vertriebspartnern
- Up- und Cross-Selling von IT-Lösungen an Kunden im Rahmen der Kundenbindungsstrategie

We are legally obliged to quote the KV minimum salary (related to KV Handel für Angestellte) for the position with a salary of € 2.807 p.m. gross (38,5 h/w).
The role is in an OTE salary scheme (60:40, all-in; ca. 60.000 EUR p.a.)
