About the Role: -
- Civil Maintenance: Oversee repair and upkeep of building structures, flooring, roofing, and other civil assets.
- Project Execution: Manage civil projects including renovations, expansions, and new constructions within timelines and budgets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and suppliers for quality execution of civil works.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of civil works, inspection reports, and compliance audits.
About You: ·
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in civil maintenance and project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
About You: Graduate
Minimum Experience – 7+ Years
Experience within the Facility industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
