  • Leverage in‑house research reports, thought leadership, and market intelligence to craft data‑driven talking points and sector narratives that strengthen client conversations.
  • Work with research teams to shape insight needs, request bespoke analysis, and ensure sales teams receive timely, relevant intelligence.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities across accounts, adjacencies, and complementary service lines.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and client developments to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Coordinate client feedback loops, surveys, and post‑engagement reviews, working with client, marketing and research leads to incorporate insights into future sector strategies.

Sales Operations & Enablement:

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and integrity; produce pipeline health, forecasting insights, and performance dashboards.
  • Prepare client‑facing materials, proposals, and presentations aligned with sector strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, client engagements, and follow‑up actions to ensure momentum across pursuits.
  • Partner with account managers for centrally managed clients to prepare tailored insights for strategic meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between sector teams and central functions (marketing, research, pitch, comms) to ensure alignment on sector priorities and messaging.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, events, and research publications; track outcomes and performance trends.
  • Maintain and refresh target client lists, ensuring alignment with sector strategy and market shifts.
  • Support the adoption of sales tools and best practices across the sector.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve data quality, and enhance collaboration across teams.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Translate insights into actionable sales strategies, prioritising pursuits and coordinating client conversations.
  • Support sector leadership in quarterly and annual planning, including pursuit and pipeline progress reviews, account planning cycles, and performance reporting.
  • Work with teams across the sector to convert pipeline to revenue through structured pursuit support, insight‑led engagement, and disciplined follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with marketing to translate sector priorities into targeted campaigns, events, and content that support pipeline creation.
  • Coordinate sector representation at events, webinars, and roundtables, ensuring follow‑up actions are captured and pursued.
