Job Description Summary

We are hiring this role for an upcoming Data Centre Project in Singapore. The Resident Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising and monitoring all electrical works on the project site to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day electrical works at the project site

• Review and approve electrical shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and safety standards

• Monitor contractors’ work progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality requirements

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues or escalate them when needed

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines

• Prepare daily/weekly reports, inspection records, and documentation

• Ensure all site activities follow HSE rules and electrical safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction or mission-critical projects

• Experience in site supervision, electrical installations, and commissioning

• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
