Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of property valuation projects and portfolio analyses.

• Assist in the preparation of market and feasibility reports.

• Present valuation findings, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients.

• Comply with project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Support market research and contribute to internal database development.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.

• Understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.

• Curious, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering client-focused solutions.
