Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our Lease Administration team. If you have strong Excel skills and a passion for data management, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage lease documents and data in relevant systems.

  • Generate and review expenditure rent rolls, flagging variances.

  • Process funding requests, purchase orders, and landlord payment inquiries.

  • Maintain registers, perform reconciliations, and support year-end service charge reviews.

  • Assist with lease renewals and new site preparations.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred).

  • Real Estate (lease administration/data management) experience is a plus.

  • Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to manage data.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
